The Ellipsis is a Horde detachment which was founded upon the idea of being the rearguard of the faction across the world. We are given very little attention or recognition by the Horde, for we are not the champions which blindly rush into battle for glory and seek to be those which would turn the tide in a major event.We are the ones which keep the wheels spinning in the background, and only those which directly interact with us know that we even exist. Shades of the Ellipsis are present far and wide, likely unseen yet dealing with matters all over Azeroth and beyond.Are you the next to pick up the banner?

What do we seek?

  • Excited people to join an adventure with, no matter how good of an rper, as long as there is interest and engagement!

What do we offer?

  • Story centered rp events that last around 1 to 2 weeks

  • Casual rp and engaging with local communities

  • Several DMs

  • Freeform emoting! So very little rolls and systems to study

  • A queer friendly/anti-ai discord community

  • Summaries, npc information and any other catch up material all in the discord

  • Test events for when you are new to catch a feel of the group

What do we allow in?

  • Basically all Horde races, both base and core, earthen, demon hunters, death knights and warlocks

  • Vulpera, Drachtyr, Orge, Haranir and Mok'nathal can be discussed!

  • Officers are happy to look over character concepts with you and offer time to settle on a character

What are our no no's?

  • Racist, trans/homophobic and other awful behaviour towards your fellow human. Not argeeing is fine, complete hate of a group of people is not.

  • Exotic characters, simply to steer clear of any arguments of what is and isn't allowed

  • Lollers, due to wishing to keep a calm environment

  • Heavily lore breaking characters

  • AI content

Many adventurers answered the call of Lady Liothien to aid with matters in Northrend, for rumors spread the situation up north was getting worse. With this band of tossed together souls from all over Azeroth, they sailed north where they were faced with the dangers with away as Kvaldir assaulted their ship.A long journey followed, leaving them to establish content with the Deathguards in Howling Fjord, make peace with local Vrykul and stop an assault moving towards Conquest Hold whilst slowly uncovering a cultist plot to regain control over the Scourge. The Ellipsis stuck around, aiding locals as they assassinated a newly established hostile vrykul leader to throw the clan in dissarray to then follow their lead up to Icecrown, there after days of battle and weakening the cult, they finally took down their leader and brought a small moment of peace to Northrend.

With cultist activity rising in the former Ghostlands, the Ellipsis answered the call of the Ashen to fight back against the rising forces of the Void and defend Quel'thalas from the Devouring Host and their Twilight's Blade allies.

As the Darkwell bloomed and the Elven forces prepare to march on Quel'danas, the Ellipsis moved out to assist their Forsaken allies in Brill, unable to assist their fellow Horde members up north due to the untimely assualts of Scarlet Crusaders, together with their new unfortunate allies. After some setbacks, the Ellipsis managed to defeat the local Scarlet Champion during his charge on Brill.

the Blood Mage

There was no noble background or an overly ambitious career and position behind the name Seralyth Remar in the days before the fall of Quel'Thalas to the Scourge. She was simply one of many, a nameless and faceless sorceress in the crowd. But none could foresee how little that crowd would become after the Fall of Silvermoon. The events left her as consumed by grief, guilt and wrath as it did many of her kin, and when their only remaining figure of leadership, Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider, rallied the remaining elves, she was one of the many to respond to his call.

A woman of a long past. Both having been one of the Laughing Skull and a pirate haunting the seas, Nakiroc slowly has moved to stand with the Horde. It had been some time and it wasn’t as shitty as she thought it was, actually similar to home. Learning a bit more of the Horde, its situation, people, she didn’t mind it. Besides, there weren't many places to be safe as an orc.
